Terms and License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Pytherin (“we”, “us”) and you, the user (“Licensee”), regarding the use of the digital templates (“Product”) purchased through https://pyther.in (the “Website”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our templates (Lucius or Dobby), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Digital Product

You are purchasing a digital product. No physical item will be delivered. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the template files.

2. Grant of License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to:

• Use the template for unlimited personal or commercial projects as an individual.
• Modify the template to suit your own needs.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files in any form, whether original or modified.
• Use the template to create a competing product or template.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the template in any unlawful manner or in violation of third-party rights.
